AquaVIP project provides six different aquaculture online courses for self-learning: 1. Recirculating aquaculture systems; 2. Larviculture; 3. Fish deseases and parasites; 4. Algae culture; 5. Aquafeeds, nutritional requirements, feed additives; 6. Aquaculture business, marketing, product development.
All online courses consists of videos and PDF material for personal online learning to achieve aquaculture skills.
Final exam compiled in the form of a test -
questionnaire of 22 questions covering all 6 topics.
Final exam needs to be completed by more than 70% of correct answers to get e-sertificate.

I specialize in marine biology. I am working on my bachelor’s project: "The use of algae as biofilters in Litopenaeus vannamei shrimp RAS aquaculture”. In the future, I plan to continue my studies, write a master's thesis on the topic of shrimp and algae aquaculture, and work professionaly in aquaculture. More information...

I study oceanography - my major is in marine biology. My main area of interest is algae and its potential use in our day-to-day life: whether as food source, biofilter or in 3D printing.
